By purchasing any product from our Tebex store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Failure to read or understand these terms does not exempt you from them.

1. General

1.1 All purchases made through this Tebex store are digital goods for use on our server only.
1.2 These purchases do not grant ownership of any server assets, scripts, vehicles, or intellectual property.
1.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Payments & Pricing

2.1 All payments are processed securely through Tebex. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
2.2 All prices are inclusive of 10% GST. Tebex automatically takes this tax and pays it to the government of what country the store operates from.
2.3 Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payments may result in permanent server bans and removal of purchased items.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
3.2 Refunds will not be provided for:

• Player bans. (temporary or permanent)

• Rule violations.

• Player inactivity.

• Accidental purchases.

• Server downtime.

3.3 Digital goods are delivered after purchase and are therefore non-refundable.

4. Virtual Items & Perks

4.1 Some items may be adjusted, rebalanced, or removed to maintain server health and fairness. Compensation will only be given if what you have purchased has been removed from the server.

5. Server Rules & Conduct

5.1 All players must follow the server rules at all times, regardless of donation status.
5.2 Donations do not grant immunity from:

• Warnings.

• Punishments.

• Temporary bans.

• Permanent bans.

5.3 Abuse of donated perks (e.g., power-gaming, RDM, exploiting mechanics) may result in removal of perks without refund or compensation.

6. Account Responsibility

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring purchases are made on the correct account.
6.2 We are not responsible for:

• Purchases made on the wrong FiveM account.

• Shared or compromised accounts.

• Lost access to accounts.

7. Availability & Downtime

7.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted server access.
7.2 Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, crashes, or outages do not entitle players to refunds or compensation.

8. Termination of Access

8.1 We reserve the right to revoke access to purchased items if:

• Tebex reports fraudulent activity.

• A chargeback is initiated.

• Server rules are violated.

• Exploits or bugs are abused.

9. Legal Disclaimer

9.1 This store and server are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
9.2 All purchases are voluntary and considered support for server operations, development, and upkeep.
